Yes. Shipping is free to all U.S. states and the District of Columbia—no minimum purchase required.

When will my order ship?

Processing is typically 1–3 business days. We’ll email your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Will my order arrive together?

Sometimes items ship separately so you receive each piece as soon as it’s ready. You’ll get tracking for every parcel—there’s never an extra charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery is a flat $19 for the first item plus $3 for each additional item in the same order. Transit times vary by destination. Any customs duties or taxes are paid by the recipient.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Please email us at hello@miceystore.com with your order number and “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

We’re here to help. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or items arrive damaged, contact hello@miceystore.com. Include photos of the packaging and item if there’s visible damage so we can resolve it quickly.
