Secure Payment

Safe, Encrypted Checkout with Stripe & PayPal

Your security comes first. We process payments through Stripe and PayPal using industry-standard encryption. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Trusted Providers

Stripe & PayPal

Payments are handled by globally trusted platforms with advanced security controls, continuous monitoring, and strong fraud prevention.

Good to know: Card details are transmitted directly to Stripe/PayPal via secure connections.
Encryption & PCI

End-to-end security

All transactions use modern TLS encryption. Our payment partners maintain PCI DSS compliance to protect cardholder data.

We use tokenization — your card number is replaced with a secure token for authorization.
No Card Storage

Privacy by design

We do not store full PANs, CVV, or magnetic-stripe data. We receive only minimal payment metadata needed to fulfill your order.

Access to any payment data is strictly limited and audited.

Accepted Payment Methods

Pay by Card (via Stripe)

  • Major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).
  • Wallets where available: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Strong Customer Authentication (e.g., 3D Secure) may be required by your bank.

Card statements may show our brand or the payment processor as the descriptor.

Pay with PayPal

  • Checkout with your PayPal account — no card entry on our site.
  • PayPal may offer additional options (e.g., balance, linked card/bank).
  • Eligible purchases may be covered by PayPal’s buyer protections (per PayPal terms).

You’ll be securely redirected to PayPal to complete payment, then back to our order confirmation.

How checkout works

  1. Select method: Card (Stripe) or PayPal.
  2. Secure entry: Your details are encrypted and sent to the provider.
  3. Authorization: Your bank or PayPal confirms the payment (you may complete 3D Secure/SCA if prompted).
  4. Confirmation: We receive a secure token and confirm your order by email.
If a payment is declined, contact your bank or try another method. We’re happy to help at billing@yourstore.com.

Security controls we use

  • TLS encryption on every page and at checkout (HTTPS).
  • Tokenization — no raw card data touches our servers.
  • Fraud screening (AVS/CVV checks, risk scoring, velocity limits).
  • Step-up authentication (3D Secure/SCA) when required.
  • Least-privilege access and audit trails for payment events.

These measures help protect you against unauthorized use and data exposure.

Refunds & Voids

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. The appearance of funds depends on your bank or PayPal and may take several business days.

  • Card refunds typically appear within a few business days (bank dependent).
  • PayPal refunds often post sooner to your PayPal balance or linked funding source.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you don’t recognize a charge or have an issue with your order, please contact us first — most cases are solved quickly.

  • Email: support@yourstore.com (subject: Payment Help).
  • Provide your order number and any relevant screenshots from your bank/PayPal.

FAQ — Secure Payment

Do you store my card details?

No. Card data is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We only receive a token and payment status.

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons include bank security rules, insufficient funds, incorrect CVC/ZIP, or SCA not completed. Try another card/method or contact your bank.

Is 3D Secure required?

Your bank may require an extra step (e.g., SMS/app approval). If prompted, complete the verification to finish the payment.

Can I pay without creating an account?

Yes. You can check out as a guest using a card via Stripe. With PayPal, you may be able to pay with a card depending on your region and PayPal’s options.

How do you keep my information private?

We minimize the data we process, encrypt all traffic, and partner with PCI DSS–compliant providers. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

Quick recap: Pay securely via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay where available) or PayPal. We use TLS encryption, tokenization, and advanced fraud checks — and we don’t store your full card data.
