Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MiceyStore (Maurito) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase from MiceyStore.

Summary (not a substitute for the full policy): We collect data to fulfill orders, provide customer support, secure our site, and improve marketing and analytics. You have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses, including the sale/sharing of personal information and targeted advertising where applicable.

1) Scope

This Policy covers personal information collected online at www.miceystore.com in customer communications, and via our official payment and analytics providers listed below. It does not cover third-party websites you access via links.

2) Personal Information We Collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, IP address, device identifiers.
  • Commercial information: products viewed/added/purchased, order history, cart events.
  • Internet activity: pages visited, timestamps, referrers, approximate location (city/region), cookies, pixels, session recordings (see Tools below).
  • Payment information: processed by our providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
  • User content: messages to support, reviews, uploaded personalization text/images.
  • Inferences: preferences or interests derived from site activity for personalization/ads.
  • Sensitive personal information: we do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, government IDs, or biometric data. Account passwords (if any) are stored hashed.

Providing certain data (e.g., shipping details) is necessary to fulfill your order.

3) Sources & Purposes

Sources: directly from you (checkout, account, support), automatically via cookies/pixels, and from service providers (fraud checks, payment authorization).

5) How We Share Information

  • Service providers: hosting, payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), support, security, analytics, advertising, logistics/shipping partners.
  • Advertising partners: to measure campaigns and show relevant offers (see Tools above). Where required by state law, this may constitute “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Legal/compliance: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not knowingly sell personal information of consumers.

6) Notice at Collection (California)

We collect the categories listed in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3. We may disclose these categories to service providers and advertising partners as described above. Retention varies by category and purpose; we keep data only as long as reasonably necessary (e.g., order records typically 4–7 years for tax/records; analytics/ads data per tool configuration).

7) Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: (i) know/access; (ii) delete; (iii) correct; (iv) obtain a portable copy; (v) opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising; and (vi) limit use of sensitive personal information. To exercise rights, use our Privacy Request Form or email hello@miceystore.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

Authorized agents may submit requests with proper authorization. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision email with “APPEAL”.

8) Advertising Choices

Opt-outs are browser/device-specific and may reset if you clear cookies.

9) Payments & Security

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We receive only limited payment metadata needed to confirm your order. We use TLS encryption, tokenization through our processors, and access controls. For details, see our Secure Payment page.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us at hello@miceystore.com and we will take appropriate action.

11) Data Retention

We keep information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical ranges: order/transaction records 4–7 years; support tickets 1–3 years; marketing/analytics data per tool configuration or until you withdraw consent/opt-out.

12) International Users

Our services are available to users worldwide. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be collected, processed, and stored in Poland or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your country of residence, but we take appropriate measures to ensure that your information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
